Terms and Conditions – Photo Booth Hire

1. Booking and Payment:

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $200 of the total hire fee is required.

The remaining balance must be settled 5 days prior to the event date.

Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Receipts will be provided for all transactions.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the full hire fee. Reach out to us if any unexpected circumstances have risen where your event is not able to proceed, we can assist.

Changes to the booking date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Responsibility:

The client is responsible for providing a suitable space for the photo booth setup, including access to power outlets. Liaise with our friendly staff if you have any specific requirements.

4. Usage of Images:

By utilizing our photo booth services, you grant Endless Moments Photobooths the right to use any images captured during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your images to third parties without your consent.

5. Liability:

Endless Moments Photobooths will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or injuries sustained during the hire period.

7. Health and Safety:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that guests use the photo booth in a safe manner.

Children must be supervised by an adult when using the photo booth.

8. Indemnification:

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Endless Moments Photobooths Photo Booth Hire and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client’s use of our services.

9. Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
